Building Permits in Belleville and Quinte West
Belleville and Quinte West are separate cities with separate building departments, so a Trenton project is permitted through the City of Quinte West, not Belleville. Prince Edward County projects in Picton and Wellington go through the County.
For commercial work, the permit drawings set the fire and sound ratings we build to. We review them at bid stage so there are no surprises on site.
